Ordering your Booboo Designs products couldn't be simpler...

Simply browse the products using the links at the top or bottom of each page, then select the item you are interested in by either clicking on the main image or the small 'i' button. When you see something you want just click the 'add to basket' button to add it to your basket. When you have found everything you need, hit the 'checkout' link... You will then be guided through the simple checkout phase, where you will be passed to the Secure PayPal website to send payment for your item(s).

All credit card transactions take place via the PayPal website, over a secure connection during transmission ensuring the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet. At the checkout stage you will need your credit card and billing details to hand. The PayPal site currently accepts: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and Bank transfers. Ordering & Delivery...

Once you have completed the required payment steps on the PayPal website, your order will be sent to us. At present delivery for your item is FREE OF CHARGE, all 'in stock' items will be despatched via Royal Mail or courier, 1st class by the end of the following working day from the date of the order being placed.

 

Returns Policy...

If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within seven days for an exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be UNUSED (This is in addition to your statutory rights). Please note that we do not pay the cost of return postage, products returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address. When sending your return we highly recommend you obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE (this is not an insurance)

from your Post Office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss.
